Return/Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
- ONCE AN ORDER HAS ENTERED THE FULFILLMENT STAGE, IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED. FULFILLMENT TYPICALLY STARTS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ORDER PLACEMENT.
Requirements for Return:
- In order to qualify for a Return, the product must fall into one of these categories.
- Item is defective/damaged.
- The wrong item or size was sent to customer despite them selecting the correct size/color (Fulfillment Issue).
- Customer must contact us at HERE within 7 days of delivery in order to be eligible for Return (Unless based Internationally).
- Customer must send product back within 14 days of initial Return Request (Unless based Internationally).
- If a customer mistakenly selected the wrong size or color of item, the product is NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/REFUND, as we are not responsible for your mistake.
- We do NOT issue refunds for Buyer's Remorse.
- Pictures are required to determine product status before Return can be processed.
- For products that were not successfully delivered by the Carrier, you must contact the Carrier and file a claim. Once you have received the claim number, please contact us HERE so that we may follow up on the claim and do our best to assist with the process.
- Once a product is marked as delivered in the system by the Carrier, we are NOT responsible for packages that were NOT received by the customer. We are NOT responsible for product security upon delivery. We will assist with the claim process in order to accommodate the customer. However, if a Carrier determines they are not responsible for the claim, we are NOT liable for an incomplete delivery.
- If a customer qualifies for and has successfully completed the Return Process, the customer will receive a replacement item as soon as possible and we will cover all shipping costs.
- The only way to be eligible for a refund is if the product selected is no longer available, or the return process has exceeded 60 days without a customer receiving a replacement item. The 60 day time period begins from the day the initial Return Request is sent.
- If a customer does not follow through with the Return Request properly or within the time frame required, the customer no longer qualifies for a Return.
