Reach out to us at 7th Dimension Customs to put in a request for any custom design you'd like! This means that the design does NOT have to be centered around sports. If you have gatherings for work, family, school, or any occasion at all, we will happily put together the designs for you! If you already have the graphics prepared, we will also happily take those designs and put them on any item you choose! There is NO MINIMUM order required! If you have a single item you'd like for yourself, we will happily oblige! We also offer discounts for schools, first responders, and other organizations! If you are placing a bulk order, you also qualify for a discount! (Orders containing 10 or more items are considered a bulk order and are eligible for a discount).

*THERE ARE NO FEES OR FILES REQUIRED TO RECEIVE A QUOTE FOR PRINTED ITEMS!
*IF YOU HAVE PROVIDED YOUR OWN DESIGN FILES, THERE IS NO DESIGN DEPOSIT FEE NECESSARY!
*EMBROIDERY DESIGN QUOTES REQUIRE A FILE SUBMISSION (Beit custom creation or customer provided).
*There is a One Time $10 DEPOSIT FEE TO BEGIN CUSTOM DESIGNS (If an order is placed, the $10 Deposit Fee will automatically be deducted from the cost of the order) Ex: Order cost is $20, Customer paid $10 deposit, Customer only has to pay an additional $10 to cover the cost of the products (Not including cost of shipping and tax).
- That $10 deposit guarantees you up to 10 custom designs to choose from. Customers will NOT be charged any additional fees for slight alterations to the initial 10 designs provided.
- If a customer desires 10 BRAND NEW designs completely apart from the initial designs, another $10 deposit fee is required. Payment and second Confirmation Number must be received in order to begin second wave of designs.

*If Order is not placed and the design process has begun, any deposit fees submitted fee are non-refundable due to the time spent creating the design options.

*Once a quote and price are agreed upon, a custom line item will be created through LHS website to receive payment. Customer will receive specialized link that requires a password to access. The customer will receive the password via email. Once the payment is received, the items will then be fulfilled, shipped, and delivered.
*ONCE AN ORDER HAS ENTERED THE FULFILLMENT STAGE, IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED. FULFILLMENT TYPICALLY STARTS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ORDER PLACEMENT.
*Average turn around for order completion is 2.5 weeks from initial contact (US Orders Only). Turn around time may vary for larger orders.
*Expedited Shipping can be requested as long as a phone number is provided.
